Ieri sera ho trascorso una bellissima serata, abbiamo improvvisato una bella tavolata, ognuno ha contribuito portando qualcosa, c’era cibo in abbondanza, ma soprattutto ci sono state tantissime risate.
Gli affanni sono all’ordine del giorno ed io sono una persona che, pur cercandolo di non farlo trasparire, ci penso spesso … ed invece, ieri, ho trascorso del tempo spensieratamente.
Tutto questo mi ha fatto riflettere … a volte basta poco per far scomparire i problemi o per affievolirli, basta anche solo condividere del tempo in allegria e le ansie sfumano o si ridimensionano. Tutto questo è stato molto salutare, infatti, oggi ho avuto una giornata molto proficua, ho fatto un sacco di cose, cercando di pensare il meno possibile e tutto questo mi ha notevolmente giovato!
Siamo riuscite anche a preparare questa delizia, ecco qui sul filo di lana i nostri bicchierini dolci.
Bicchierini di albicocche
Ingredienti:
300 g di albicocche
200 ml di panna per dolci
60 g di zucchero
½ cucchiaino di zenzero in polvere
4 fogli di gelatina
6 fette di pane al miele
Preparazione:
in una scodella con dell’acqua fredda fate ammorbidire i fogli di gelatina.
Sbucciate le albicocche, passatele al mixer, mettetene la metà al fuoco in una piccola casseruola con lo zucchero e lo zenzero. Fate scaldare aggiungete i fogli di gelatina strizzate, fateli sciogliere, amalgamate e togliete dal fuoco. Aggiungete l’altra parte del coulis, amalgamate e fate raffreddare. Tenete da parte un po’ per decorare.
Montate la panna e aggiungetela delicatamente al coulis.
Tagliate le fette di pane al miele a piccoli dadi e metteteli sul fondo di ogni bicchierino, aggiungete la crema e poi uno strato di coulis.
Mettete in frigoriferi fero per due ore prima di servire.

Bentornate!! Mi fa piacere rileggervi e trovare una golosità simile, oltretutto mi avete dato un'ottima idea, ho tantissime albicocche e vorrei utilizzarle per un bel dolce fresco.
